Emergence of a position of the president of Mango Telecom connects with transition in March, 2011 to new long-term strategy and the need of separation of operational and strategic management and also selection which was imminent by this time in a separate pool of questions of long-term planning and management of the corresponding projects. Among them we will especially note fast regional expansion: by the end of the year Mango Telecom is going to begin work in Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Rostov-on-Don, and in 2012 – in all million-plus cities. This project has basic value for the embodiment of ambitious plans of Mango Telecom which intends to occupy 50% of the Russian market of virtual telecommunication services by the end of 2011.
Biography
Yury Zigulya was born in 1966 in the city of Chelyabinsk-70. In 1989 he graduated from the Chelyabinsk state medical institute, and in 2000 – the State financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation. More than 12 years Mr. Zigulya works in the communications industry at executive positions. From 1998 to 2000 he was engaged in development of a row telecommunication a startup projects, and in July, 2000 became the cofounder of Mango Telecom. From 2000 to 2008 Yury Zigulya is the CEO of Mango Telecom LLC. In 2002 under its management the company became one of recognized leaders of the Russian market of a "card" IP telephony and began to work with a segment of SMB which is the main consumer of services "Mango Telecom" today actively.
