Novatek automated accounting and tax accounting

1C-Rarus (file) completed the first stage of creation of a new information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in Novatek company, producer of natural gas.

Earlier in the company the business and management accounting system created based on "1C: Enterprise" of the previous version was used. At the beginning of 2006 the management made the decision on transfer of the accounting system to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Creation of a new information system was caused by need of processing of large volume of information from branches and remote divisions and consolidation of data at the central office.

At the first stage of the project automation of a circuit of accounting and tax accounting on the basis of the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration was executed. At the moment a system automates fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; maintaining cash-book, purchase ledger and sales ledger; work with agreements; tax accounting; delivery of the regulated reporting and the personified accounting.

The consolidated statements is prepared by accounting on all enterprises of group in a common information space, using the mechanism of the distributed information bases and use of the original mechanism of an automatic exception of intra group turnovers.

According to the deputy chief accountant Novatek Yulia Zobova, the received solution allowed the company to pass to uniform accounting standards, including IFRS for all child organizations, and it is essential to reduce terms of the code of the consolidated statements on activity of the enterprise.
