Novatek refueling station automates network management of refueling stations

The IT company completed the first stage of the project of automation of Novatek-AZK network.

Tasks

Rapid expansion of Novatek-AZK sales network caused need of review of the existing management tools business. In particular, the management Novatek-AZK made the decision on the choice of the new automation system of network management of MAZK and AGZS in Chelyabinsk region.

Solution

For the choice of the automation system of MAZK and AGZS network, in 2010 the Novatek-AZK company made competitive selection of suppliers.

In the fall of 2010 the IT company was recognized the winner of months-long tender and acquired the right to replicate the IT-Oil system on the remained objects in Chelyabinsk region. Now IT-Oil is already operated at head office "Novatek-AZK" in Moscow and in regional managers offices in Volgograd and Zlatoust. The implemented system allows effectively and is transparent to manage sale of LPG/NP and consumer goods in the network consisting of 8 MAZK and 20 AGZS.

Stage results

The CEO of Novatek-AZK LLC Sergey Dorozhkin commented on project results: "The solution IT-Oil was selected because it promotes the set rates of development of sales business of the company. It allowed to increase controllability and efficiency of regional sbyt and also to start interesting schemes of loyalty for involvement of new clients in our MAZK/AGZS networks".
