PM Test

The PM Test© program is developed by methodologists and PM Expert programmers and represents base of questions on different knowledge domains of project management. On each question 4 answer options are given. After passing of testing by the user the program creates the report on results which shows an evident picture of competences of the user in this sphere.

The product is intended for the companies and the organizations which need to estimate the level of knowledge in the field of project management of the salaried employees keeping projects and also candidates for the corresponding vacancies. Questions of testing are based on provisions of the international standard PMI PMBOK® Guide and define as the overall level of training of the specialist in project management, and in the certain project management areas.

Testing includes 100 questions, one correct answer option from four offered is the share of each of which. Upon termination of the program creates the report with results of testing showing as the overall level of training of the specialist in the field of project management, and the level of knowledge of certain areas of project management.

The data obtained according to the results of testing will help heads of divisions, project offices and HR managers to make objective idea of competence of the employee, the place which is most suitable for it in a project team, need of further development and also to make the decision on the invitation of the candidate for the company or the project.
