The Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Samara region uses DeskWork

Softline announced completion of implementation of the DeskWork corporate portal in the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Samara region (UFSSP of Russia across the Samara region). Unique opportunities of the portal allowed to increase employee performance of the organization due to joint work with information, means of data retrieval and management of documents.

Deployment, setup and start in operation of a corporate portal were performed by forces of specialists of UFSSP of Russia in the Samara region, addresses to technical support service of Softline were not. IT specialists of the organization configured all modules of a corporate portal at once. Employees of the client noted that the modules "Address directory" and social modules are most conveniently implemented ("The general chat", "The new employee", "Birthdays of employees", "A universal informer").

"Address directory" allows to carry out sorting according to any of fields and also search of the employee in name fields and a surname. The module is connected with "Graphic structure of the company", gives an opportunity to use information of the general objects as that: user, division. The module applies for an original informatin from the Active Directory directory, allows to enter it manually and also to import data on users from XML files. Using import from XML files integration with other systems, for example, obtaining information on employees from the existing management programs for personnel and registration of personnel is possible.

The module "General Chat" gives to employees the chance to communicate in real time on the page of the portal. All users of the specific page of the portal have access, i.e. it is possible to make the general chats, including the companies, department, the separate working group and so on. The module "New Employee" displays recently employed employees. "Birthdays of employees" allows to congratulate the colleague online, "A universal informer" – to display the various reference information: currency rates, traffic jams, weather, stock exchange indexes and other. The module uses information from open sources in the Internet and as much as possible saves Internet traffic by caching of data on the DeskWork server.

"The staff of our organization within a week studied use of the portal and began to use it in daily work, now their work became more effective, many processes accelerated considerably and automated", – Mikhail Kuznetsov emphasized.
