The management company NBB-Development Ltd is included into JSC NBB group (Moscow)

• it is created for management of implementation of large investment projects of sports and tourist infrastructure of the resort town of Sochi – the capital of the Winter Olympic Games-2014. manages projects, since a stage of discussion of the business idea and development of the concept, before commissioning of the object
• will organize the investment attraction in the implemented project in compliance with the developed financial model
• develops marketing strategy and realizes it
• involves in cooperation the leading world consulting companies for acceptance of the correct strategic decisions

Now NBB-Development manages implementation of the following projects:

• the Mountain Carousel sports and holiday complex on Krasnaya Polyana is the large Olympic venue which construction will be completed by the end of 2013.

• the Sochi's first golf resort and SPA "Sochi Golf Club", - carries out a preliminary design of the territory and design of a golf field which is conducted by one of the largest golf architects of the world Pete Dye is begun

• the seaport for the yachts "Adler Marina", goes a design of the land plot under the real estate purchased in property, the concept of the project is developed;

• creation of three-star hotel complex "Sochi Loft" on 340 numbers (reconstruction of Moscow hotel) in the center of Sochi. There is a development of the concept and the choice of management company.
