The Priargunsk production mining chemical association started the second stage of system implementation of monitoring of transport

At the first stage of the project a System SCOUT equipped about 100 units of special equipment on razrezo-management Urtuysky then specialists of SCOUT Group developed a set of production forms and reports required to the enterprise. The first results at the uranium mining enterprise were received from system implementation of satellite control of motor transport and accounting of fuel in the form of increase in utilization coefficients of transport for 5-10% depending on a type of the equipment. The head of internal control of PPGHO Artyom Belsky reported about it.

By the results received after the first stage of implementation, the plant's management makes the decision on system implementation SCOUT on all transport infrastructure of PPGHO which includes motor transport, railway transport, the excavator and bulldozer park. Artem Belsky added that PPGHO already had experience of use of monitoring systems. "In 2009 we signed the agreement on monitoring system implementation on 110 dump trucks with one rather known company, however more than in a year we could not receive an operable system. Then we made the decision on conducting testing some more GPS systems of monitoring. Having held testings, we made a choice for benefit of a System SCOUT as we saw in it possibilities of automation of control of work of transport, necessary for us, using the software: disturbing messages at unauthorized idle times, speeding, sabotages, - Belsky comments. – Further we are going to integrate into a System SCOUT telemetry of weight economy and radiometry with software integration SCOUT in the module "production" ERP systems of the enterprise based on AXAPTA. Development of dispatching system of the mining-transport equipment at our enterprise, by estimates of our experts, was the most perspective on the basis of the platform SCOUT".
