Softline completed an implementation project of secure system of terminal access for Multi-business Processing Company LLC.

Objectives

MPK LLC specializes in rendering services in the field of cashless payments, including support of the maximum range of the payment solutions which are based on the fundamental international standards of implementation of electronic financial transactions (Electronic Funds Transfer) using the protected payment technologies.

For the company functioning in the financial sphere, a priority is ensuring safety, integrity and availability of information. It defined three major directions in work of specialists of Softline within the implemented project: creation of the segment of terminal access to resources of the company which is completely isolated virtualized and protected.

Solution

Within the project technologies of virtualization were involved, upgrade of infrastructure is made, remote access to databases using Citrix technologies is organized and also the authentication system of users using tokens or smart cards is customized.

Works on creation of a system were carried out in several steps. At the first stage the platform including virtualization and domain structure was prepared. Creation of domain structure was followed by migration of accounts from the existing domain that considerably simplified process and allowed to avoid routine works.

Deployment of a terminal farm based on the solution Citrix XenApp Enterprise Edition became the second stage of the project.

System deployment of two-factor authentication became the final stage of the project. For implementation of a system of protection by the staff of Softline the system of two-factor authentication is unrolled, settings the politician of authentication are made, necessary address enables to a System are configured.

In project completion the Softline company held testing of the implemented System of the protected terminal access and prepared a necessary packet of the project documentation.
