STs Polymedia consists of the situational hall, analytical center and the hardware room where the Mitsubishi 5х2 videowall, jobs, the interactive equipment, a congress system, the system of a video conferencing and additional duplicative displays and other audiovisual equipment are installed.
To automation and process optimization of display of graphic, analytical and media information on the videowall and additional displays the company applies the VIRD – own unique development.
The principle of system operation means a possibility of STs to communicate along with any points of territories, at the same time each of subscribers can contact another according to the scheme "point-to-point". All negotiations transferred on a video conferencing register in archive, and if necessary a system allows to hold an independent session of VKS. Monitoring and administration of a video conference-system is performed using the centralized control system.
The possibility of communication is implemented by the equipment of LifeSize company.
In the Situational center the terminal of a video conferencing of LifeSize Room 200 and also the server of multipoint video conference LifeSize Multipoint with a connectivity to a session of VKS of 24 subscribers is installed. Room 200 provides permission of video transmission 1024х576 at a communication channel 512kbit/with (at the speed of the channel of communication of 1.7 Mbps the maximum permission of video transmission will make 1920х1080). Besides, the terminal has function of echo suppression, automatic control of gain and automatic noise reduction during the sessions of video meetings.
The VKS terminals of LifeSize Express 200 providing permission of video transmission 848х480 at the speed of the channel of communication of 512 Kbps (at a speed of 1 Mbps the maximum permission will be 1280х720) are used.
In offices of heads two displays of high resolution 1920х1080 with the built-in acoustics, one of which shows images of removed participants of the meeting, are installed, and another – broadcasts the auxiliary presentation materials transferred by means of the visualization software "VIRD-visualizer" developed by specialists of Polymedia company.
Software provides interaction with the central software of visualization set in STs shows materials in initial formats and quality at the command of the central software of STs, supports display of multiwindow layouts (displays at the same time to 4 sources of information of different type, for example, the presentation of the speaker and auxiliary video records), allows to exercise control of display of media and analytical information on STs displays and remote displays in municipal entities from a uniform workplace.
The upgraded system of the situational center includes also a subsystem of the interactive report and a subsystem of cryptographic information protection.
