PSS company completed the project in SPb-Giproshakht

The PSS engineering and consulting company completed system implementation of management of engineering document flow of PRODOC in the company of SPb-Giproshakht. Transition of the customer to completely paperless technology of issue of tasks and their control became one of project deliverables.

SPb-Giproshakht LLC is one of recognized leaders in the field of consulting and complex design of the enterprises of mining industry for production and processing of coal, iron ore and gold. Now the company entered the world market of project services.

Modern information technologies and the software, progressive ideas and knowledge, the best practices and international standards are applied to project development in SPb-Giproshakht LLC. Relying on extensive experience in this sphere of the technical specialists, the management of SPb-Giproshakht made the decision on system implementation of management of electronic design data of PRODOC developed by PSS company.

At a preliminary stage of works examination of document flow of the enterprise and a status of the software was conducted. On the basis of these data PSS company developed the offer on step-by-step system implementation of electronic document management of the project documentation.

In technical specifications the wishes of managers of SPb-Giproshakht created for the purpose of the maximum adaptation of the software to specifics of the enterprise and design engineers of institute whose notes provided possibilities of data storage in a system and work with 3D models of such software packages as MineScape, SurPac and Micromine were considered.

At the first stage of this project the working electronic storage of the project documentation (with a possibility of automatic formation of structure of the project on the basis of special templates) was unrolled based on which the next stage - process management of issue of tasks between departments of SPb-Giproshakht was carried out.

In total for today 70 jobs, including jobs GIPOV and designers are put into operation with the PRODOC system. As a result of implementation SPb-Giproshakht passed to completely paperless technology of issue of tasks and their control that allowed to simplify control of the issued tasks. There was a transparency of a situation on projects.

Now SPb-Giproshakht LLC continues cooperation with PSS company and can recommend this organization as competent IT partner.
