The PRODOK system is the electronic document management system and project managements allowing to release the maximum number of effective time for all participants of process of project implementation from the designer and to the company executive. Using the PRODOK system, the companies can steadily increase quantity and quality collected in common information, and it quickly to reduce the cost level necessary for tracking and management. PRODOK is created for the people respecting time and the facts and persons interested to have an opportunity to draw deep conclusions about projects which were impossible earlier. Good information streams and good tools for its analysis give to Heads new opportunities for increase in profits.


Organization of timely availability and security of documents

At the regular meeting devoted to start of the new project you decide to take one of archive or current projects as a basis. May you make it effectively if relevant files on this project are on local computers of employees, a part of which, perhaps, any more do not work in the company? May you guarantee that all files in your archive which is created in the file system match what is handed over in paper archive? (for example, at change of the name of the project or its cipher, GIPU is enough to change these data in a special card of the project as right there in all documents where this field appears, there will be corresponding changes).


Organization of control of works

The beginning of the project and process of its approval between divisions is always followed by permanent exchange of information. Taking into account permanent loading GIPOV, heads of groups and their frequent absence in workplaces what probability that some of divisions will not obtain timely initial data a task or other Important information and at the same time it will not be checked? Possibility of transition to the English interface

The possibility of transition from Russian to the English interface allows groups of the designers speaking different languages to work with the same data under different language interfaces, communicating via the Internet. Work with multipage DWG files

For effective work it is required that any employee could understand the project documents created by other participants of design process quickly. For this purpose introduction of the uniform standard of work with drawings is necessary.

Creation of structure of the project on the basis of the set specification

At the PRODOC system within four years there are functions of creation of structure of the project from templates with in advance appointed access rights to each group and also copying of structure of the project from other projects. These functions allow quickly, in a convenient form and without excess labor costs to define structure of the project and to begin collective work on it.

Considering the need for close interaction of estimate and contractual department and GIPOV, PSS developers created the function raising efficiency of work of the specialists making the general specifications of the project in the PRODOC system. Thanks to new functionality of GIP on the basis of the general specification of the project can define or update structure of the project in the PRODOC system. At the same time, if the organization uses a system only as archive of the project documentation and all work files were in the file system, PRODOC allows to distribute automatically in the archive all files on appropriate sections of the project documentation according to this specification, to write on a disk and to send to the customer. Thus, interaction GIPOV and estimate department becomes even more effective due to loss minimization of results of work of participants of process.
