Leader of GROUP (PRODOC)

The project division of Leader GROUP company (www.lidgroup.ru) continues to improve IT processes of interaction of the employees.

As the basic software for creation of electronic archive of the project documentation and technical electronic document management the management system for electronic document management (MSEDM) of PRODOK is selected from Leader GROUP.

PRODOK is developed by PSS company and completely conforms to requirements of SPDS.

Joint work of Leader GROUP and PSS began at the end of 2008, and successfully continues this year.

At the first stage the following events were effectively held:

1. Preproject examination of the enterprise is conducted;

2. The regulations of work with a system within electronic storage of design data of the enterprise are made;

3. The key element of the company (the director, GIPY), and also designers (Architectural department and the KM group) is trained in work with a system.

At the moment, during the second stage of system implementation of management of electronic document management of PRODOK, specialists of PSS company start further training of staff of Leader GROUP company.

Also within maintenance support and the consulting help with work with the PRODOK system to the employees who were trained is given; the functionality of a system according to technical specifications of project division of Leader GROUP taking into account features of business processes of this company is improved.

Implementation of electronic document management in "a live organism" of the functioning project division inevitably affects the main developed skills of work as designers and managers. For success of this complex work it is necessary to analyze the considerable volume which is already available in the company of information, to think over a data structure and to accurately understand routes of information flows. Working jointly, specialists of Leader GROUP and PSS company surely move ahead to the planned purpose of control automation of project document flow.
