DeskWork is implemented in Aleyskzernoprodukt Ltd of S.N. Starovoytov

Softline announces completion of implementation of the ready-made solution Deskwork in Aleyskzernoprodukt Ltd of S.N. Starovoytov. Thanks to a corporate portal in the company the common information space which considerably simplified internal communications between employees and which allowed them to obtain all necessary information in a foreground mode was created.

Cooperation of Aleyskzernoprodukt Ltd of S.N. Starovoytov and Softline continues several years. The DeskWork corporate portal became the next software product delivered to Softline for the partner company. At installation and setup of the DeskWork corporate portal specialists of Softline gave to the customer's employees consulting support. From functionality first of all the modules "Address Directory" and "General Chat" were configured.

"Address directory" allows to carry out sorting according to any of fields and also to run for search of the employee in a name and surname. The module is connected with "Graphic structure of the company" and gives an opportunity to use information of such general objects as "user" and "division". "Address directory" applies for an original informatin from the Active Directory directory, allowing to enter it manually and also to import data on users from XML files. Using this transaction integration with other systems, for example, obtaining information on employees from the existing management programs for personnel and registration of personnel is possible.

The module "General Chat" gives to employees the chance to communicate online on the page of the portal. All users of the specific page of the portal have access, i.e. it is possible to make the general chat of the company, in department, the separate working group and so on.

Most often the staff of the company in the work uses library of documents which allows to store documents and files on the portal that, in turn, facilitates to users search and work with them.
