"1C-Rarus: Automation of 1C: Franchisee" - the Program in an update has enhanced capabilities on remote work (web the interface or the thin client), on work with ITS, considers additional wishes of partners. The product is intended for implementation through franchasing network of 1C Company.

Product "1C-Rarus: Automation of 1C: Franchisee" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform it is released in May, 2011 in the new edition 2.1. According to wishes of the partner franchisee of 1C Company, the program contains updates in the block of remote work (web the interface or the thin client), also significant development was gained by a subsystem on work with ITS.

So, the update gives an opportunity to the employee to work far off in information base in the mode thin and/or the web client (via the Internet). At the same time, the workplace of the employee contains the following functions:

  • The calendar with the list of scheduled events and the current tasks;
  • Management of the customer base with search capabilities according to lists of partners and their segmentations, an information access about subscriptions to ITS, a convenient opportunity to obtain operational data on the partner through Line of Consultations service;
  • The history of customer interaction with access to events with partners, an opportunity to analyze events;
  • Receiving tasks and accounting on task performance by employees implementers using "The sheet of a time recording" and "The report of the employee";
  • Management of transactions with partners;
  • Purchase management and warehouse.

New edition contains cards of the partner with the complete information about the available subscriptions to ITS, software products of 1C, databases and their versions, the registered service agreements. Product "1C Rarus: Automation of 1C: Franchisee" contains the built-in opportunities for use together with developments of "1C:CRM". It allows to complement functionality of the program with the following options:

  • Scheduling of customer appeals on responsibles;
  • Automation of sales with the help business of processes (BPM) and "A funnel of sales";
  • Preparation of commercial offers and agreements on templates in the MS Word or OpenOffice format;
  • Planning and efficiency analysis of a marketing activity (ROI);
  • Automation of work of the Line of Consultations and Service of Quality of the company;
  • E mailing mail, telemarketing, mailings and many other things.

The updated software product is intended only for the partners of 1C Company having the status "1C: Franchisee".
