The Soft Master company released in May, 2011 update for the solution Soft Master: 1C of Connector. Due to a release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in March, 2011 the release allowing to use the new version of CRM for integration into different versions 1C was released.

The solution is created for the horizontal market (without binding to specific industry) and directed to the companies using "1C: Enterprise" of versions 7.7-8.2 as the accounting system, and as the CRM system – Microsoft Dynamics CRM of versions 3.0, 4.0, 2011. The solution is intended for the companies aiming at creation of a uniform information field based on two solutions. In the solution the fault tolerance and logging of transactions in cases of failure of the servers participating in system operation is implemented. As developers, thanks to the flexibility put at a design stage note, it can be used as a basis for creation of more difficult solution. A necessary condition for "1C: Enterprise" of version 7.7 is availability of the Microsoft SQL Server database, for version 8.x – any DBMS.

The boxed solution 1C Connector includes double-sided directory synchronization of partners (organizations), contact persons (contacts) and one-sided (from "1C: Enterprise" in Microsoft Dynamics CRM) ranges (products). Directory synchronization is conducted in the near real time mode – the changes made in one system will be available in another within several seconds. Integration can be unrolled based on 2 or 3 servers (functions of the server of synchronization can be transferred to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server). At a rupture of communication between servers the solution continues to function, information exchange will happen in the automatic mode after recovery of connection between them.

The cost of the solution is 97 thousand rubles.

The cost of the solution includes installation and setup of compliance of fields between reference books (Partners, Contacts, Products), installation of the solution using a development environment of Microsoft Visual Studio. Installation does not require traveling expenses in the presence of remote access to the customer's servers.

The cost of the solution does not include: traveling expenses, licenses for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, licenses for "1C: Enterprise" and for Microsoft Visual Studio.
