The NORBIT company announces that the first stage of an implementation project Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 in Treolan company is completed. Integration of this product with LanEnterprise - the ERP system of Treolan company became result of this work.

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is performed within the strategy of development for long-term, mutually advantageous and steady partner relations and will allow Treolan company to strengthen one of key advantages in work with partners - the high level of service. It will become possible thanks to the fact that the current information system Treolan will be complemented with functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 therefore business sales processes will become more flexible and most focused on needs of the specific partner.

As the contractor of the project the NORBIT company specializing in provision of services in the field of automation of business and implementation CRM ERP and BI- systems was selected. NORBIT is an official partner Microsoft and SAP AG.

At an initial stage of the project express deployment and preparatory work was carried out. The design of integration at the party of CRM was performed by specialists of NORBIT, and design on the party of the customer - Treolan.
