In Rosprirodnadzor across the Republic of Bashkortostan electronic document management is automated

In Management of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (Rosprirodnadzor) across the Republic of Bashkortostan complex workflow automation is carried out. For the chiefs of the department the Lank Sistems company from St. Petersburg which is carrying out automation organized mobile places on iPad tablets.

The management of Rosprirodnadzor made the decision on workflow automation, considering directives of the Government of the Russian Federation within the program of creation of information society and experience of Central Office of Rosprirodnadzor where a year the electronic document management system BOSS-Referent was used.

As a result of the carried-out workflow automation of Management several tasks were solved. The existing database for accounting of documents was upgraded in a multi-user system with network access. The management, department of office and other employees of Management participating in document registration process are connected to work in EDMS.

For the chiefs of the department mobile jobs on iPad tablets using full-function remote access to a system were organized. The chief of the department of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (Rosprirodnadzor) on the Republic of Bashkortostan Yury Vladimirovich Dudnikov expressed satisfaction with such method of work: "Remote access in a system allowed me to make quicker decisions on documents when I am out of walls of Management. It considerably saves time and increases efficiency of all work".

Besides the Lank Sistems company adjusted in Management scanning of documents thanks to which the number of the paper copies stored in office was reduced. For a month of work in a new system 3000 documents are already registered.

Further Lank Sistems is necessary to employees work on development of a system: implementation in EDMS of the specialized processes connected with control and supervising activity, their coordination in the uniform scheme of work within regulations of control and supervising activity of Rosprirodnadzor, report settings on performing discipline and also increase in quantity of jobs of EDMS.
