Intalev implements the payment schedule in ODIS Group

By estimates of specialists of ODIS Group, need for carrying out the project appeared in connection with the following reasons:

  • Insufficient level of automation of procedures of cash management of group;
  • Lack of a uniform source of information on cash flows;
  • Lack of tools for tracking of financing on investment activities;
  • High labor input of procedures of limitation of requests for money.

Development and formalization of a single system of control of financial discipline in all group became the common goal setting the direction to the project. For business process automation the software product "INTALEV was selected: Corporate management".

The project will be executed on unique GROWTH technology. It means that increase in terms and project cost is excluded.

"The specifics of the project in the ODIS group consist in that, - Alfiya Zaynullina, the top manager of projects on budgeting of INTALEV Group notes, - that it is, first of all, financial holding. Similar structures as nobody else need the most transparent management system for payments. Prior to the beginning of the project in holding a lot of work was conducted "manually". Approval of requests, payments, the analysis and forecasting of payments – all this took a lot of time. After automation of the payment schedule information from all holding will be flown down in one database. Very simple and transparent system where any forecasts and analysts are updated online will turn out".
