The city of Moscow DepTEH automates managerial document flow

The Moscow Department of Fuel and Energy performed automation of managerial document flow in the field of energy saving from LANIT company. All program developments are implemented on the LanDocs platform.

Solution

The LANIT company successfully completed the project on development and deployment of a subsystem "Management of information flows and processes" within the 1st queue of a management system of the City target Energy saving program in the Moscow Department of Fuel and Energy.

Results

The implemented functionality of a subsystem allowed to automate the main procedures of document flow in the field of energy saving regarding preparation of documents, their registration, the direction for acquaintance, approval, execution, control of completion dates and viewing results of execution of documents and instructions of the management.
