The Uralfransavto company, distributor of the French automobile concern "Peugeot" in the territory of the Ural region, replicates solutions on the basis of the industry Incadea system in salons of the retail chain stores, and now considers the possibility of recognition of this solution as uniform standard for all car showrooms "Peugeot" in Russia. A partner of the company in implementation is Intellect-Service (file).

Initially the company possessed one salon in Yekaterinburg, on its base the network of car showrooms "Peugeot" began to extend actively. In a year the staff of the company doubled, sales volumes increased. The management system existing at that time ceased to conform to requirements to management of upcoming business. The main problem was the "handmade" big share when joining data from the separate separate systems which resulted in a large number of errors, dead time and data. However the management considered the key idea of implementation not the solution of the current problems, and providing further perspective of development and growth of business.

The choice of the platform of automation which would include the preconfigured scenarios for a car business was begun in 2005. The decision on implementation of industry solution of Incadea (on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform) from Reynolds&Reynolds company was as a result made.

During the project it was decided to review a part of business processes of the customer as much as possible to save standard functionality of a system. Drawing up technical specifications took two months. Directly programming began in September, 2006, and in December of the same year a system was already started in the mode of test operation. In January-February, 2007 regular operation of the modules "auto parts" and "service", and in April - the module "car sale" began. Besides, the solution was integrated with an accounting system on the 1C: Enterprise platform and with the external Internet systems of the supplier of cars - warranty, the systems of the order of cars and the order of spare parts.

In addition to reduction of volumes of manual entry of information, a system excluded a possibility of confusion at the order of parts, allowed to reduce illiquid stocks in warehouses. The management received the tool for assessment of development of each employee, the analysis of components of profit of the company.

The company already began replication of the solution in own separate car centers in Yekaterinburg. And if start of a system in commercial operation in the first car center took 9 months, then in the second a system was started in only one and a half months. Within the coming two-three months the company is going to start the financial module and also the module of a time recording. Besides, this solution will be implemented in two new car centers of "Peugeot" in Lower Tagilei Kamensk-Uralsky. The task of control automation and optimization of the movement of financial flows – solving of tasks of budgeting, consolidation and receiving detailed financial analytics is in the long term set.
