NPP Grant selected Deskwork for increase in efficiency of organization activity

Softline announces implementation of the Deskwork corporate portal in Nauchno-proizvodstvennom predpriyatii «grant (NPP Grant). Using the portal in the company requests are automated, the efficiency of activity increased, workflows accelerated and also control of activity of employees is simplified.

The DeskWork corporate portal delivered within cooperation between Softline and NPP Grant is designed to increase efficiency of activity and to accelerate business processes in the company. Elena Mirgorodskaya, the top manager of department of development and support of the software of NPP Grant, notes: "Softline has efficiency of actions and skilled staff", – as defined the choice of the supplier. Technical specialists of the client unrolled the DeskWork corporate portal independently – installation process of a product took place without notable difficulties and the help of specialists of Softline was not required. From functionality, first of all, IT specialists of NPP Grant configured the modules "Control of Execution of Instructions" and "Sending E-mail".

"Control of execution of instructions" reminds the contractor to whom the task is appointed, that it needs to be executed. Reminders come by e-mail in 3, 2, 1 day prior to the appointed completion date. If the user does not implement a task in time, then reminders on overdue tasks come at the same time to the author of order and the contractor.

The module "Sending E-mail" allows to make the letter using a form on the portal, without start of an e-mail client, at execution of the text it is possible to use different colors, fonts, numbering, graphics images, hyperlinks and other. It is very useful for the employees working with the portal out of office (from the Internet) as sending mail requires no installed software, it is enough only the browser. Also when sending the message the source address is specified in the Reply to field, the answer thereby is guaranteed to the correct employee.

Most often the staff of NPP Grant in the work uses the module "Universal Request" which allows to create requests of different function, for example in IT department, on the courier, training, business trips, etc. In this module it is possible to configure the information block, to set the list and type of fields of the request, to define the claiming and performing persons. "The universal request" is expected the normal user (not on the technical specialist), i.e. does not use tools which create, store and process the code of programs. The module includes more than 10 already configured requests which it is possible to modify or create their new types.
