Public national association "Association of Documentary Telecommunication" (ADT) is formed according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 2000 No. 77-r and is a legal successor of the public association Association of Documentary Telecommunication created on August 30, 1994.
Members of ADE are about 100 organizations. Among them telecom operators, producers and suppliers of technical means, system integrators, scientific, project and educational organizations, law, consulting companies, federal and regional public authorities.
2019: Methodical recommendations about categorization of objects of KII according to No. 187-FZ
On July 9, 2019 it became known that the Association of Documentary Telecommunication (ADT) published methodical recommendations about categorization of objects of the critical information infrastructure (CII). The document is developed based on materials from telecom operators and other organizations - members of ADE. Methodical recommendations are submitted on detailing and standardization of the procedure of categorization of objects of KII which is provided by the Federal Law "About Security of Critical Information Infrastructure of the Russian Federation" of July 26, 2017 No. 187-FZ.
