"Road map" on HRM systems in Russia 2007
The analysis of the functionality implemented in HRM systems allowed to break them into the classes corresponding to the level of technology development of a product and its developer. In total four classes were selected: A, B, C and D. Suppliers of the foreign solutions, best in the classes, are SAP, Oracle and Robertson & Blums. The first in functionality Russian HRM systems are developed by BOSS. Personnel systems, Galaktika Corporation and Compass.
Within the HRM systems in Russia overview were considered 19 HRM systems of domestic and foreign developers, widely presented and famous at the Russian market. Specialists of TAdviser analyzed functionality of the solutions which entered the overview therefore "the functionality matrix" and, on its base, the rating of HRM systems and their developers was made. The considered software products were grouped in a class of functional completeness (classes A, B, C, D). According to the executed assessment from 19 considered to the first two classes there correspond 7 solutions.
The systems of SAP and Oracle companies which are, practically, a standard on the width of the implemented functionality (in them 19 blocks of "operational", "user" and "strategic" technology levels of HRM systems are implemented) and also the domestic BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system got into group "A" (18 blocks are implemented). In "the second echelon" there passed solutions of Robertson & Blums companies, Galaktika, INEC and IFS1 (17 blocks from 19 are implemented).
At group "C" there are products of Kompas, Monolit, Informkontakt, Business Tekhnologii and Epicor companies|Scala (on 16 functional units from 19). As for the D group, all other solutions implementing from 15 functional units were carried to it ("1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0" and "A&T: \Personnel management") to eight (CIS Member of a labor party).
Apparently from the provided data, certain domestic developers brought the solutions to the classes "A" and "B", and foreign solutions are present at all classes, including "D". Thus, the level of functional completeness of the HRM systems of the Russian origin is quite high.
At the same time, it seems to select reasonablly market leaders of HRM systems in two groups: foreign and domestic suppliers. Thus, three leading of the Russian market of HRM systems foreign suppliers includes SAP, Oracle and Robertson & Blums companies. The similar three of the Russian vendors is made by BOSS. Personnel systems, Galaktika Corporation and Compass.
