According to the survey, most motorcyclists (75%) have a car. In the age group from 18 to 30 years old (28%), car owners move exclusively on a motorcycle in the summer. But both modes of transport in the 30-40 category are used by 37% of respondents. Between the ages of 40 and 50 - 35%.

Among megacities, the most motor owners were in Moscow - 48%. Then comes Krasnodar - 37%. And St. Petersburg closes the top three - 15%.

According to the study, most motorcyclists prefer to ride alone (82%) or with a friend, wife, friend (46%). Only 7% of respondents reported that from time to time they bring one of their colleagues. A helmet (100%) and a motor cap (98%) became a mandatory accessory for moto owners. A little less often wear a motorcycle jacket (94%), motobots (78%) and motorcycle pants (73%). One in three motorcyclists (33%) have knee pads and one in four (26%) have summer gear that protects their upper body.

In total, the study interviewed fans of motor vehicles aged 18 to 50 years. Would both men and women be respondents. According to the traffic police, by the beginning of 2023 there were about 2.3 million motorcyclists in Russia.^[1]

2019: H.O.G. Spring Challenge Biker Convention in Voronezh Region

In May 2019, a giant congress of bikers H.O.G. Spring Challenge was held in the Voronezh region. In 2012, the H.O.G. Iron Birds Chapter Motorcycle Club was born. Its founders are Artem Yuryevich Chaika (son of Prosecutor General Yury Chaika) and Viktor Alexandrovich Lukashenko (son of Alexander Lukashenko). The emblem of the motorcycle club is an iron seagull with the motto in Latin: "We are one tribe." All members of the club wear seagull patches.
