2022: There are no silicone implants for the buttocks left in Russia

Plastic surgeon Haidarov said that there were no gluteal implants left in Russia. This became known on November 19, 2022.

According to him, the last owner of gluteal implants in the country was a young man from Chelyabinsk, who took the information about this as a joke. At the same time, there are no necessary components for the operation for November 2022 not only in Russia, but also in other countries.

If someone thinks that because of the sanctions that they are trying to limit, fence off Russia, no, it is the whole world that is faced with such a "silicone problem." And this applies in fact not only to gluteal implants, they were simply the first to disappear, but many companies suspend the sale of breast implants, - said Khaidarov.

According to the doctor, most of the silicone goes to the needs of the military-industrial complex, and when asked what the "boobs" and weapons have to do with it, Khaidarov replied that certain particles are needed to synthesize silicone, which go to defense production.

{{quote 'I think the stock of implants, precisely breast, while there is and it is basically enough when this situation stabilizes. According to our estimates, approximately the second quarter is already 2023 - the supply of implants will already be restored, but a number of companies for November 2022 are already in the foot,[1] summed up[2]. }}

2019: Silicone implants started spinning in a woman's buttocks and caused unbearable pain

In early December 2019, a woman from Georgia in the United States spoke on a television show about an unsuccessful corrective operation. A couple of months after the intervention, silicone implants began to rotate in the patient's buttocks and caused unbearable pain. The woman had to undergo a second operation.

The patient, named Jabrena, said that two weeks after corrective surgery, the swelling began to subside and she noticed a strange crease, but did not pay attention to it. However, after about a month and a half, the implant began to shift. Poorly fixed implants flipped about four to five times a week, causing acute pain, Jebrina said.

Surgeons who had to correct the consequences of an unsuccessful operation, Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif, explained that implants are usually placed in a "pocket" - a specially created space by a plastic surgeon. However, in this case, the "pocket" turned out to be too large. Because of this, the implants did not want to stay in place and constantly changed positions, causing pain.

If I just pulled out the implants, only the saggy skin would be left. I would just replace one problem with another, even more.
