Cloud design of optimal technology processes

History of development

From 1981 to 2011 - exactly 30 years of work are devoted to ISAPR of "OPAT" - to an intelligent system of automatic design of optimal technology processes and creation of artificial intelligence:

• the new theory of optimal design differing from the classical theory of design of technology processes at technical training of production of products radically was developed and was implemented into design at leading design institute of mechanization and automation of assembly processes.

• mathematical models of a system were developed;

• software modules of a system were developed and perfected in practice;

• solutions were checked and exposed to general criticism.

In 1995 the question was raised: whether it is possible to project automatically optimal technology processes of non-material objects? Criteria of each problem of optimal design of processes of matter, suspension of criteria were investigated and were "projected" on "the figurative plane" of similar problems of optimal design of cogitative, non-material objects.

Mathematical models of operating were transported by matter in mathematical models of design of optimal thought processes. The last achievement, by itself, opened an optimal solution of a problem of "the optimal choice" that is weapon to add with this quality artificial intelligence.

From 1989 to 2011 the problem of creation of a cover of artificial intelligence was solved with development of the theory of optimization.

In 1990 - 1998 experimental works on creation of the theory of a cover of artificial intelligence were carried out.

In 2000 - 2011 the cover of artificial intelligence was created and approved really! Approbation took place on experiments of filling of a cover with knowledge, starting with children's books to books of scientific character. Today the artificial intelligence waits for replenishment by knowledge.

Step forward – two back. A system was remade repeatedly. In 2007 it became obvious that each result of system operation of "OPAT" is no other than an invention – useful model on a method of operating of any material object using any material object or accomplishment something (how to collect, process, weld, stick together and so on).

Tried to develop optimal processes not of mechanical engineering, and other industries, moved further: experiments on an opportunity to project optimal process of services of entertaining and food organizations and so on are made. It became clear that a system is universal to any process proceeding in space in time and with the required program of operating.

In 2012, with the help by an intelligent system of automatic design of "OPAT", it is possible to find, develop, define optimal process of operating of any object, operating by which it is made in space, in time and with the set program of accomplishment.

In 2012 in OPAT research center will unroll the project of creation of the "Cloud Optimal Design of Technology Processes" portal. It is supposed that the cost of design of optimal build processes, weldings, machinings, any repair, construction and any other works will be 5-10 times lower, than the cost "not of the best" projects of heuristic design at the design institutes of Russia working today and abroad.
