CRM projects over the countries
As of October, 2017 the base of projects TAdviser contains data about more than 2.5 thousand CRM projects. From them over 87% are the share of the implementations executed in Russia. To Ukraine 4.7% of projects, are the share of Kazakhstan and Belarus - on 1.5%. About 5% are the projects implemented in other countries of the world.
CRM projects on federal districts
If to consider the Russian CRM projects, then it is possible to notice that the main share of implementations is the share of regions of the CFD - 61%. About 12% of the projects known to TAdviser are executed in the Northwestern Federal District, about 9% - in the Volga district.
Top-10 the Russian cities on number of the implemented CRM projects
Among the Russian cities by the number of the implemented CRM implementations Moscow traditionally is in the lead. More than 1 thousand projects from TAdviser base are the share of the capital. Also St. Petersburg (186 projects) and Novosibirsk (55 projects) are in the top three.

CRM projects over the countries
The TAdviser base as of September, 2015 contains information about more than 1.9 thousand CRM projects. Their main part is the share of Russia (85%), about 6% - to Ukraine and approximately on 2% for Belarus and Kazakhstan. A little more than 5.5% are projects of implementations of CRM systems in other countries of the world.
CRM projects on federal districts
The majority of projects of implementations of the systems of customer relations in Russia are the share of Central Federal District (60.35%), and the lion share of all projects is implemented in Moscow. 11.54% of the executed implementations belong to the Northwestern Federal District. Here too as well as in the CFD one city gets the bulk of CRM projects – to St. Petersburg. The third place among federal districts is taken by the Volga Federal District from shares of 8.89%.
The TAdviser base allows to estimate also shares of customers on different federal districts for the last few years. If to look at this statistics, then it is possible to notice an interesting trend – since 2012 the share of the companies from Central Federal District from customers from other regions continuously grew in difference. If in 2012 56.5% of the companies where projects of implementations of CRM systems were implemented, then in 2014 the share of customers from this district grew already to 65.3% were the share of the CFD.
Top-10 the Russian cities on number of the implemented CRM projects
On the number of the implemented CRM projects an undisputed leader among the Russian cities is Moscow. As of September, 2015 the TAdviser base contains information on 794 implementations of the CRM systems executed in the Russian capital. St. Petersburg (136 projects) traditionally was at the second place. The third place at Novosibirsk (51 projects), the fourth and fifth – at Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod (37 and 29 projects respectively).
