HRM systems: the most complete research in Russia
Analysts of the TAdviser center announced completion of a research of personnel management systems (HRM) presented at the Russian market. During preparation of the report experts considered all solutions of this class available in our country. According to the received results 19 "live" HRM systems were revealed.
The main objective of the prepared report was collecting of the most complete and reliable information about functionality of HRM systems, the cost of their implementation and use (TSO) and also about experience of already implemented projects in Russia. During the research data more than about 220 projects on implementation of automated control systems for personnel in our country are collected.

In the report data on the current situation are given in the Russian market of HRM systems, the functions inherent in the modern systems of world level are described descriptions of the domestic and foreign solutions on control automation which are most demanded today in the market are provided by labor resources. Besides, comparison of the functionality considered of solutions is executed and estimated calculation of total cost of ownership (TCO) of systems is given, methodical recommendations about the choice of a HRM system and its justification are made.
