Informatization in Krasnodar Krai

In the last several years annual investments of Krasnodar Krai on informatization of the region make more than 400 million rubles, the head of information technology of management of informatization and communication of Krasnodar Krai Vladimir Ivanov told journalists at a press conference on November 22, 2012. According to him, in 2012 also more than 400 million rubles were directed to these purposes.

The existing systems

"In the region especially for project implementation on informatization management on informatization and communication which executes in the last three years creation of Information society in Kuban was created. This body - the successor of the Electronic Kuban program, - Ivanov told.

According to Ivanov, the main priorities of edge are formation of the electronic government and information society, creation of end-to-end systems of security and life activity of citizens. So within project implementation on security of citizens in Krasnodar until the end of 2012 the number of cameras of video of observation will be brought to 200 pieces from acting 100. "By the end of 2013 their number should increase up to 500", - he told.

In the region 4 multifunction centers which allow citizens to receive services in electronic form were created. "In 2013 we are going to construct one more multifunction center. In addition at on there is the whole park of the mobile multifunction centers which are the buses plying on the remote areas which are a part of the city of Krasnodar", - Vladimir Ivanov continued.

Objectives

"In 2013 we are going to pass to the system of a single window of electronic state services. It means that in one place any citizen who is in the territory of the region will be able to receive state services in electronic form", - Ivanov told.

According to him, since 2013 in the region issue of universal electronic cards according to statements will begin. "Krasnodar Krai was one of pilot subjects on implementation of UEC", - Vladimir Ivanov continued. - And since 2014 cards will be issued to all citizens of edge".

"We are going to continue transfer of public services to an electronic form. For today more than 28 are already translated. Our partners in the solution of this task are Rostelecom and Lanit-South", - he concluded.
