In the middle of September, 2020 unique operation on removal of a tumor of a gullet knew of carrying out in Russia. Endoscopic surgeons of University clinical hospital No. 2 of the Sechenovsky University deleted at the 44-year-old female resident of the city of Istra situated near Moscow leyomiy with an endoscopic method of a tunnel resection.
Leyomioma go a neepitelialny tumor of a gullet - it is the benign tumor more than 3 cm in size which is located in the place, extremely hardly accessible for traditional surgery, – grows not on the surface of a mucous membrane, and from inside layers.
As a rule, similar tumors are not exposed to removal in case of lack of growth, but in a case at the pro-operated Russian the tumor prevented passing of food, and there were trouble breathing.
We offered using the video gastroscope "through a mouth" to come into a gleam of a gullet and to make a section of a mucous membrane, having opened access to the second — a submucous layer. There it was supposed to create a tunnel, stratifying it knives that will allow to reach between layers a new growth, to delete a tumor and to take it through a tunnel in a gullet gleam, then to sew up the place of a section of a mucous membrane with clip-on earrings — the manager of department of diagnostic and medical endoscopy of UKB No. 2 of the Sechenovsky University Pavel Pavlov who performed operation told. |
Under an endotrakhialny anesthesia the group of surgeons made access to a submucous membrane of a gullet, stratified it, made the 7-centimeter channel and, without breaking integrity of a wall, took a tumor the single unit – in own capsule.
Transaction took place under the general anesthesia. Day later the patient could already eat, and in three days she was written out. According to Pavlov, in other clinics of Evgenia it was offered to perform mutilating operation by section of a belly and chest wall, but the Sechenovsky University offered other option based on features of anatomy.[1]
