2020: Revenue growth to 41.16 billion rubles, profit - 12.95 billion rubles

MGTS finished 2020 with revenue in the amount of 41.16 billion rubles received following the results of work in this 12-month period. In 2019, the indicator was measured at 39.73 billion rubles.

In the direction of B2C services, the revenues of the telecommunications operator have practically not changed and amounted to about 19.49 billion rubles in 2020. Most of this amount (9.15 billion rubles) came from the sale of fixed telephony services. In 2019, the company's revenue in this market reached 9.87 billion rubles.

Revenues from mobile communication services to individuals in 2020 increased to 2.15 billion rubles from 1.93 billion rubles a year earlier. The provision of broadband services to private users brought the company 6.57 billion rubles, which exceeds the 2019 result of 6.24 billion rubles.

In 2020, MGTS revenue reached 41.16 billion rubles

MGTS revenue from the provision of services to legal entities in 2020 decreased to 3.49 billion rubles from 4.02 billion rubles a year earlier. Sales of fixed telephony services decreased from 1.62 billion to 1.46 billion rubles. In the B2B segment of broadband access on the Internet, a decrease in revenues from 1.11 to 1.03 billion dollars was registered.

In the B2G category (services to budget organizations), MGTS revenues in 2020 decreased to 2.21 billion rubles from 2.5 billion rubles in 2019. Fixed telephony services to such customers added about 1.62 billion rubles to the company's revenue, and 1.7 billion rubles in 2019. The second largest source of income in this segment was video surveillance services, on which the operator earned 248 million rubles in 2020.

MGTS revenue from the provision of services to telecom operators in 2020 reached 5.94 billion rubles, which is significantly more than a year earlier (4.27 billion rubles).

In 2020, MGTS net profit amounted to 12.95 billion rubles against 15.52 billion rubles in profit a year earlier.[1]

2018: Dividends for 2017 - 21.99 billion rubles

Moscow City Telephone Network, a local wire operator in Europe, part of the MTS group, announced on June 25, 2018 the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company, held on June 22.

During the annual general meeting of shareholders, it was decided to pay dividends for 2017 in the amount of 21.99 billion rubles (231 rubles per ordinary and per MGTS preferred share). 2017: Net profit increased by 33% to 16.1 billion rubles

The company's revenue under RAS for the 12 months of 2017 year amounted to 38.9 billion rubles, showing a slight decrease by 1.4% due to market stagnation. Net profit increased by 33% to 16.1 billion rubles.

The company's stable financial results were facilitated by further strengthening its leadership position in the mass market due to the promotion of packages based on high-speed Internet from 100 Mbps with interactive television and mobile communications. At the end of the year, over 65% of GPON customers in the mass market used service packages, and every third connected both fixed and mobile services. In total, over the past year, the number of MGTS mobile SIM cards provided according to the virtual model on MTS networks increased by 70%, reaching the figure of 320,000 at the end of the year. Digital services accounted for more than 35% of MGTS revenues in the mass market, which is the best indicator for the entire time of the company.

According to the results of 2017, the total amount of retained earnings, including net profit of 2017, amounted to 43,433 billion rubles.

2016: Dividends 22 billion rubles

In May 2017, Moscow City Telephone Network PJSC announced that the company's Board of Directors recommended that the annual General Meeting of Shareholders approve the payment of dividends for full 2016 in the amount of 22 186 910 855 rubles (233 rubles per ordinary and per MGTS preferred share).

In 2015, the company paid dividends of 21 billion rubles or 222 rubles per ordinary and one preferred share of MGTS.

The Board of Directors also recommended that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders determine the list of persons entitled to receive dividends for the 2016 financial year by July 13, 2017.

The company's revenue under RAS for the 12 months of 2016 year amounted to 39,489 billion rubles, remaining at the level of the same period of 2015 year. Net profit excluding revaluation of financial investments for 2016 increased by 3.8% and amounted to 12.587 billion rubles. Stable financial results were facilitated by the growth of the base of users of broadband, digital TV and mobile communications. The annual growth of the Internet user base using GPON technology in the mass market was 21%. The number of CTV users in the 12 months of 2016 increased by a third, the number of mobile users increased by 1.6 times over the same period.

According to the results of 2016, the total amount of retained earnings, including net profit of 2016, amounted to 48,152 billion rubles.

2015: Net profit 12.5 billion rubles

Net profit of MGTS PJSC under RAS for 12 months of 2015 compared to the same period of 2014 increased by 38.4% and amounted to 12,503 million rubles. The share of income from unregulated services increased by 11.3% over the year and for the first time exceeded 50% of all company revenues.

MGTS revenue under RAS for 12 months of 2015 compared to the same period in 2014 increased by 2.2% and amounted to 39,485 million rubles.

The base of MGTS broadband clients that connected packets of two or more services increased by 63% over the year and reached 900,000, which is 62% of the subscriber base connected through the GPON optical network.

According to the results of 12 months of 2015, the MGTS mobile user base grew six times compared to the same period last year and amounted to 120,000 subscribers.

The positive dynamics of MGTS key financial indicators in January-December 2015 is due to the growth in the provision of unregulated services: data and television transmission based on the GPON fiber-optic network, as well as an increase in mobile revenues for individuals and corporate clients.

MGTS net profit also had a positive impact on the growth of other revenues to 5,645 million rubles. The main drivers of growth in other incomes were effective work on the placement of free cash.

2014: Net profit 8.7 billion rubles

According to the results of 2014, the net profit of Moscow City Telephone Network OJSC amounted to 8.76 billion rubles, a decrease of 29% compared to 2013 (12.38 billion rubles). The negative dynamics of net profit in the reporting year was influenced by a single factor of profit growth in 2013 - the receipt of income from the sale of shares of the MGTS-Real Estate subsidiary in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles, which led to an inorganic increase in this indicator in 2013.

The net profit indicator was also influenced by the revaluation of the securities of the mobile operator OJSC Mobile Television Systems, owned by MGTS, due to the market situation. MGTS net profit for 2014 excluding securities operations increased by 1.9% to RUB 10.24 bln. MGTS revenue in 2014 increased by 3.8% and reached 38.6 billion rubles. against 37.21 billion rubles. in 2013.

The company manages to compensate for the losses from the stagnation of revenues in the fixed telephony market due to the growth in revenues from the provision of services based on Internet access: the increase in revenues from broadband Internet access and digital television services at the end of 2014 amounted to 756.1 million rubles, increasing by 40.7% over the year.

2012: Net profit 9.6 billion rubles

According to the results of 2012, MGTS net profit increased 1.6 times and amounted to 9.657 billion rubles. Revenue grew by 8.9% compared to 2011 and reached RUB 34.977 billion. The main indicators of financial statements under RAS for 2012 were announced today by the press service of the company.

The profitability indicator for profit from sales in the reporting year increased by 1.3 percentage points and amounted to 33.2%. The indicator of profitability by net profit - 27.6%, the increase relative to 2011 year amounted to 8.5 p.p. The growth of key indicators is due, among other things, to an increase in the consumption of data services due to the modernization of the MGTS network using GPON optical technology, the company notes.

2011: Net profit 6.1 billion rubles

MGTS revenue in 2011 amounted to 32,114 billion rubles, which is 5% higher than the results of 2010. At the end of the year, net profit increased by 4.5 times and reached 6,125 billion rubles. The increase in net profit during the reporting period is due to an increase in the volume of services provided related to the introduction of new production capacities, digital data transfer technologies and the current savings in depreciation and other operating expenses.

The profitability indicator for profit from sales in the reporting year increased by 3.5 p.p. and amounted to 31.9%. The indicator of profitability by net profit - 19.1%, compared to 2010 the increase was 14.7 p.p.

The share of capital investments in 2011 compared to 2010 doubled to 15.7%. Investment growth is mainly due to the launch of the GPON fiber technology implementation program in May 2011 and the completion of the network digitalization program in December 2011.

Debt on MGTS loans and loans decreased by 68.6% and amounts to 32 million rubles.

The number of network subscribers at the end of 2011 increased by 17.5 thousand and amounted to 4.396 million. The mounted capacity of the network grew by almost 28 thousand numbers and amounted to 4.895 million numbers.

In 2011, MGTS strengthened its position in the broadband Internet market. By the end of 2011, the subscriber base of Internet access services increased by 79 thousand to 415 thousand subscribers.
