2019: Expenses in 9 billion rubles on updating of medical institutions in the Crimea about the moment of entry into the Russian Federation

Russia after annexation of the Crimea spent 9 billion rubles for updating of medical institutions on the peninsula. Such data were provided on March 20, 2019 by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov at a meeting of the Russian President Vladimir Putin with members of the government. Results of development of the Crimea in five years were discussed at a meeting.

    More than 9 billion rubles are invested within state programs from federal and republican budgets,  more than 5,700 items of equipment purchased for these five years,  in this case 62 new FAPA and  out-patient clinics are constructed.  Generally, partial repair covers about 53  health facilities from  85 — Aksenov reported.

According to him, by March, 2019 concerning the 2014th the volume of hi-tech transactions – from 800 several times grew to 12 thousand.

In five years in the territory of the Crimea implemented several state programs. Within the federal target program by March, 2019 in Simferopol the 12-storey body of new hospital on 734 beds is under construction, it will be equipped with the most modern equipment and put into operation until the end of the year. In Yalta the new complex of city hospital which to the federal budget cost 1 billion rubles is entered.

Sergey Aksenov also noted decrease in the general death rate of the population of the Crimea by 7.5% in comparison with 2013, and the nursery — for 40%. Life expectancy increased on average for two years, he emphasized.

At the same time the health care system of the Crimea and Sevastopol as it was already noted earlier, lags behind the diagram of integration into the Russian legislative space. Upgrade and licensing of the medical institutions operating in these regions  drags on, last time prolonged a transient period  till 2020, notes the Vademecum edition. 

The head of the Crimea at a meeting reported that the budget of the republic for 2018 is executed with small surplus — 39 million rubles, and budgets of the region and municipalities on the 2019th are predicted by sufficient. According to the law on the budget of the Republic of Crimea, income in 2019 is predicted at the level of 192.8 billion rubles.[1]
