PERA
PERA (Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture) is the model of information systems which is development of the CIM model, describing both architecture of corporate information systems in general and the processes happening in circuits of production supervision.
It was developed the Pyodyyu university (USA) and appeared in 1992. In this model functional units with which the functionality of production systems and interfaces between blocks are crossed were selected. This model defined functionality of the intra shop systems:
- material management and energy resources;
- drawing up schedule and production planning (partially);
- intra shop logistics;
- quality control of products;
- management of maintenance and repairs.
