2025: Approval of a list of 124 medical devices for equipping reception departments - ultrasound, CT, mechanical ventilation

The Ministry of Health of Russia approved a list of 124 items of medical devices for retrofitting and equipping reception departments of medical organizations in the regions within the framework of the federal project "Improving emergency medical care." The list includes ultrasound diagnostics, computed tomography, artificial lung ventilation, electrocardiographs, hematological analyzers, endoscopic imaging systems and other equipment for creating a modern infrastructure of reception departments. The order of the Ministry of Health is registered by the Ministry of Justice and is aimed at the implementation of the national project "Long and Active Life." This became known on August 11, 2025.

According to Medvestnik, the document was developed to create a modern infrastructure for reception departments of medical organizations using modular structures. The project is part of the national project "Long and active life" and is aimed at improving the quality of emergency medical care to the population.

The approved list of medical devices is intended for the integrated equipment of various departments of reception departments. The equipment will be used in operating units, dynamic monitoring wards, intensive care and intensive care units, as well as clinical and laboratory diagnostics rooms.

The list includes key diagnostic systems, including stationary X-ray machines and computed tomographs with multi-row detectors. Such equipment provides rapid and accurate diagnosis of emergency conditions of patients entering the reception departments.

The list includes modern means of life support for patients in critical conditions. Artificial lung ventilation devices and automatic devices for cardiopulmonary resuscitation will provide high-quality intensive therapy at the stage of emergency care.^[1]
