Recovery of cartridges for office equipment (Russia)

2015: Data of Veneta System

In February, 2016 "the Veneta System (Veneta System, Clever bros of Klever Brazers)" was announced summary by statistics on recovery of cartridges for office equipment of holding for 2015. Data are collected in own information system VIS (Veneta Information System).

In 2015 the VENETA SYSTEM company recovered 120,637 pieces of laser cartridges that exceeds the level of 2014 for 9%.

In the Russian market in the sector of B2B the most demanded are monochrome models of printers and supplies for them, on average in a proportion 9 to 1.

The percent of the recovered color laser cartridges grew to 8.4%. In 2014 this indicator was 8% of total amount of the recovered cartridges. Since 2012, the trend on growth of color printers (and supplies) in the general structure of office printing equipment with growth on average of 4-6% a year is observed.

The volume of the recovered cartridges on brands (with dynamics on 2009 - 2015 in %, fig. 3). The Brother brands (Brazer) and Samsung reduced the share of recovery in comparison with previous year, a basic reason - the worst technological capabilities of construction of cartridges. Kyocera in previous years achieved of speed, but, despite simplicity of technology of recovery, could not save speed because of not met consumer expectations.

TM Hewlett-Packard is in the greatest demand on recovery of laser cartridges. These cartridges are technically best of all adapted for repeated recovery of the printing properties, on average 8-10 times, without prejudice to printing quality. And it must be said that in it a big merit of the producer which production technology "is ground" under a possibility of a recycling.
