Single line digital subscriber line. One of types of DSL technologies — Single Line Digital Subscriber Line. Allows to organize the line of symmetric data transmission. Symmetric data transmission — transmission rate from the user in network is equal to transmission rate from network to the user. At the same time only one twisted pair cable is used, and the maximum radius of transfer is 3 km. In fact, SDSL is a predecessor of HDSL II technology.
