2024: Stress reduction device released in Russia in a few minutes

Russian developers from Novosibirsk have created an innovative device that can reduce stress levels and normalize the user's mental state in just a few minutes. This was announced by the project manager Anastasia Grishina on June 5, 2024.

The development is a complex consisting of a hardware part - a headset with a sensor system and an airflow generator, and software in the form of games controlled by the user's breath. The gameplay evokes positive emotions and allows you to get rid of daily household stress in at least two minutes.

As Grishina noted, the development is based on medical research on the relationship between breathing and the emotional state of a person. However, if earlier only a few owned breathing techniques and meditations, then the new device allows any user to easily apply this knowledge to bring their emotional state to normal.

According to the project manager, in 2024 the prototype device works only on personal computers, but in the future it is planned to adapt it for use on any mobile devices. In addition to the headset, the complex includes several games with different plots and music tracks specially written by the sound producer. The number of games will gradually increase.

Grishina stressed that the project of Novosibirsk startups was included in the list of laureates of the A: Start business accelerator and was invited to the Akadempark business incubator. In 2024, developers are looking for an investor and plan to receive funding to fully commercialize the device before reaching the sales level.
