According to Gemius (December, 2013), more than a half of residents of Kazakhstan (52%) use the Internet. This indicator is more, than in Ukraine, but it is less, than in Russia and in Belarus. In Russia, in Ukraine and Belarus the dominating number of Internet users is in an age group 25-34 years.
The most popular social network in Kazakhstan is the Odnoklassniki.ru portal - more than 23 percent of users in Kazakhstan. The site which is most often visited by users in Kazakhstan is Mail.ru – the largest Russian e-mail service (82 percent of the Kazakh Internet users).
