Astral-Otchet

One of the major divisions in structure of any enterprise is accounting on which quality of work stability and regularity of business development in many respects depends. The range of the works performed by the accountant includes not only the analysis and planning of financial and economic activity of the enterprise, but also a reporting preparation for the public controlling services among which FTS, RPF, the Social Insurance Fund, Rosstat. Certainly, for the professional accountant drawing up reports will not create any problems, however for providing collected information to regulatory authorities it is necessary to visit personally data of the organization that first, requires time costs, and secondly, threatens security of confidential data, all reports are located on electronic media.

The software package "Astral-Otchet" is intended for preparation, check and delivery of all forms of the reporting in electronic form under telecommunication channels in regulatory authorities. The electronic method allows to simplify and accelerate process of preparation and submission of reports to FTS, RPF, the Social Insurance Fund, Rosstat and also gives an opportunity of automatic check and receiving updates of report forms. Information transferred via the Internet is reliably protected from actions of malefactors by means of enciphering, and the legal importance of documents is provided with the electronic signature.

2011

In May, 2011 Kaluga Astral and Aladdin R.D. announced completion of testing for correctness of work of the software package "Astral-Otchet" of version 3 with means of authentication and storage of key information of eToken. Tests took place successfully and completely confirmed compatibility and correct work of solutions.

For safe storage of keys of the electronic signature products from a line of eToken of Aladdin R.D. company are used. For confirmation of correctness of work of solutions certified tests of electronic keys eToken PRO 72K (Java), eToken PRO/32K, eToken PRO/64, eToken NG-FLASH, eToken NG-OTP with the Astral-Otchet PC were carried out. Results of tests demonstrate that application of eToken provides safe storage of key information, allows to perform effectively strict two-factor authentication of users of "Astral-Otchet" at submission of reports to regulatory authorities and completely conforms to requirements of the Russian legislation regarding data protection.

Using the provided software performing the reporting on the Internet [1] you will be able easily and quickly to make and send such types of the reporting to regulatory authorities as: tax declarations, accounting documentation (reports, balance), certificates of income of the PIT, on insurance premiums in RPF and many other things. Astral of Report will automatically trace software change of a form of the reporting and will set all necessary updates.
