2018
Release of version 3.3.21
The BSS company submitted on June 13, 2018 the next version of Correqts Retail 3.3.21.
In the provided version the recommendations of the Bank of Russia are implemented and the convenience of accomplishment of popular transactions is increased.
In this version of a system:
- the recommendations of the Bank of Russia No. IN-04-45/12 of 2/22/2018 about filling of the order of money transfer on account of payments for premises and utilities are implemented;
- the import of the reference book of a BIC of the Russian Federation from the file in the XML format corresponding to formats of Unified format of electronic banking messages 2018.3.0 is executed (becomes effective 7/2/2018);
- the settings of the questionnaire for a design of the credit allowing to optimize process of filling of the questionnaire are expanded;
- the mechanism of creation of printed forms of statements allowing banks to fill independently a printed form from data of the client and a product is implemented;
- increase in convenience in Mobile application regarding filling with the client of statements and orders is provided.
Release of version 3.3.17
The BSS company in January, 2018 submitted the next version of a system of remote banking of individuals of Correqts Retail v. 3.3.17, in which a number of the improvements directed to increase in convenience of using and speed of performing transactions by the client is implemented.
Among the main changes of version 3.3.17:
- Transfer of rubles in bank only on an account number;
- Independent registration and recovery of the password via ATMs;
- Checks of the user at the time of his authorization in a system on belonging to base of terrorists / extremists;
- Sending receipts and applications for email and many other things.
Transition to Correqts Retail v. 3.3.17 it is performed from version v. 3.3.16 within the agreement of maintenance.
2017
- Implementation in BSS Company of the concept Agile allowed to reach the new level of project standards when developing CORREQTS Corporate and CORREQTS Retail. Competences of a command at Agile-product introduction are enhanced.
- In 2017, in comparison with the same period of 2016, sales of CORREQTS Corporate grew twice, CORREQTS Retail — five times, BSS Business — ten times.
- A system for retail clients of CORREQTS Retail received a complex of the improvements increasing convenience of using and speed of performing transactions by the client in 2017. Technology optimization for the purpose of speeding up of a system and reduction of vulnerabilities is executed. Support SDK API, service robots in combination with wide functionality and the thought-over user experience selected a system among competitors and made it demanded.
- Electronic office integrated into the CORREQTS platform, allowing banks to transfer most effectively to electronic canals processes of interaction with the corporate clients became an important product for corporate clients in 2017. With its help banks sell to clients any services, first of all, not payment, create a marketplace. Among such services — electronic document management, conversion transactions, affiliate and co-branded programs. BSS provides the sufficient tools allowing bank to develop independently a marketplace, to control it and to manage it. The possibility of fast and convenient connection of the module "Electronic Office" right after purchase of the license CORREQTS Corporate is provided.
There was a release of version 3.3.13
On October 05, 2017 the BSS company announced release of updating of the RBS system for retail clients of Correqts Retail v. 3.3.13.
The BSS company submits the version of a modern system of remote banking of individuals of Correqts Retail v. 3.3.13, in which a number of the improvements increasing convenience of using and speed of performing transactions by the client is implemented.
In particular:
- the functionality of repayment and early repayment of the credit for more evident representation to the client of information on repayment provisions is optimized;
- receiving up-to-date data on the client's products online before performing transactions is implemented;
- flexible management by texts of offers for transactions of service and payment with differentiation for document types is exercised;
- creation and processing of statements to order of references of different types with differentiation on types of products of the client are implemented;
- the configured sending mechanism to clients system (in a personal account), by the SMS, push, e-mail of notifications on approach of the next payment on the credit with a possibility of the indication of different templates and terms of notifications for the selected clients/customer groups is implemented;
- the configured sending mechanism to clients system (in a personal account), the SMS, push, e-mail of notifications on news and bank shares is executed;
- compliance to requirements of the legislation which is becoming effective from 10/2/2017 by order of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 4/5/2017 No. 58H "About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of November 12, 2013 is provided to No. 107n".
Technology optimization for the purpose of speeding up of a system and reduction of vulnerabilities is also executed.
There was a release of the version of v.3.3.8
On July 18, 2017 the BSS company announced release of updating of CORREQTS Retail of version v. 3.3.8 for retail clients.
In this version a number of improvements for convenience of using and the speed of transactions by clients is executed.
In particular:
- the regular and timely notification of clients about new accounts for housing and communal services and a possibility of payment of the received accounts without the need for visit of bank department;
- control of plastic cards:
- a possibility of connection/change by the client of the phone number for SMS informing according to the card;
- remote money transfer for the purpose of loan repayment;
- preserving and sending statements on products on the client's email.
Regarding UX are executed:
- optimization of the filter for more convenient viewing history of transactions:
- the compactness of display of parameters of filtering is provided,
- the feature for the choice of multiple values in selection lists is added;
- on evident information representation about a card status (including the analysis of existence of arrears on credit cards) by means of color indicators.
Technology optimization for speeding up of a system and reduction of number of vulnerabilities is performed.
Transition to CORREQTS Retail of version v. 3.3.8 it is possible from version v. 3.3.7 within the agreement of maintenance.
2016: Correqts Retail v.3.3
2 on July 8, 2016 the BSS company announced reconsideration of a system concept of RBS for private clients. The main vector of changes - transformation of RBS into a daily financial instrument of the client. Among significant parameters of this direction there is a complete abstraction of a presentation layer from the platform CORREQTS, Omni-Channel, HTML5, single solution for all devices, UI/UX design, the voice solution.
The company released the version of the CORREQTS Retail 3.3 system for the organization of remote service of retail clients of banks. The solution on the CORREQTS platform integrated a set of innovations, both in a technology part, and regarding the user scenarios, design, the interface, functionality.
Implemented in CORREQTS Retail v. 3.3 banking activities and products have flexible opportunities on control of plastic cards, opening and closing of accounts, the credits, deposits, ample payment opportunities. In a system scenarios of P2P-transfers by the phone number and the card number with a possibility of transfers between cards of any banks and support of 3D Secure technology are implemented. The system of personal offers on the credits and deposits is developed, the possibility of independent registration as for clients of bank with the complete access level, and for "not clients" of bank with limited access, a possibility of a binding of cards of other banks and making payments from these cards is implemented. For the increased convenience of users the possibility of a chat with bank is provided in a system.
In terms of the user experience and UX a system capability to remember actions of the user and to suggest the client to continue from the last place without data loss even in case of a rupture of a session at any stage of formation of the document, it is most remarkable. The data entered by the client can be synchronized in real time between different stationary and mobile devices of the client, according to the principle of Omni-Channel. There was a form of smart transfers which offers the user sources and receivers of payment: in the form of the list or search query.
Technology CORREQTS Retail v.3.3 exceeds the former version. The selected presentation layer communicates with the server through API. For interaction with the accounting systems of bank the separate integration module — SIS (Standard Integration Solution), and interaction with payment systems - by means of the EPOS system with support of difficult exchange protocols forms is used.
CORREQTS Retail v.3.3 are implemented support of all main banking products and services, client-server API, Omni-Channel, the system of integration with external data sources, universal integration into the core banking system and processings. The open SDK developed by BSS Company will allow banks to create independently functional modules for the CORREQTS Retail platform.
Progressiveness of CORREQTS Retail also that mobile applications for smartphones and tablets, both on iOS, and on Android, are similar on functionality to Internet bank. The lack of functional restrictions is provided employment applications through the general client-server API. And the Omni-Channel technology allows users not to notice borders upon transition from the Internet client to mobile application and vice versa.
2015: Correqts Retail v.3.2
On October 20, 2015 the BSS company announced release of the industrial version of the solution Correqts Retail v.3.2. The product is intended for remote service of private clients of banks.
Correqts is the universal platform for creation and development of RBS services. The solution Correqts Retail v.3.2 maintains all main functionality of a system "by RBS BS-Client. The private client" the previous generation also consists of modules and subsystems:

- modules of access for the client (MAC),
- modules of access for the employee of the bank,
- modules of administration of a system,
- subsystem Bank branch;
