2025: Launch of AI employee platform for business
Kaiten launches business management platform based on artificial intelligence Companies will be able to "hire" AI agents for their tasks. Artificial intelligence will be built into the platform itself and gradually expand responsibilities, covering more and more areas of work. The company announced this on September 30, 2025.
Kaiten forms a single team of AI employees who will be responsible for key control and planning processes. They will monitor the progress of projects, control the distribution of resources, predict risks and propose management steps to improve efficiency. As a result, executives will have quick access to key business metrics, teams will reduce the number of routine tasks and approvals, and companies as a whole will increase the speed of work.
One of the central elements of the platform will be corporate Deep Research. He will answer business questions based on company data: generate understandable reports, show process dynamics, explain the reasons for changes and propose further steps. All this will become available in the chat - without manual reports and complex dashboards. It is enough to ask a question to get an answer: from the state of projects to the effectiveness of the team.
Tasks and processes should facilitate the work of people, and not turn into an end in itself. At Kaiten, we are creating a platform whose center is artificial intelligence. It develops faster than line employees, and takes on work that was previously done by a person. This is especially important today when businesses are facing a shortage of workers: AI is becoming a powerful resource for efficiency. Our goal is to make sure that in the future companies can "hire" AI employees for any tasks, focusing on development, and not on routine, "said Anna Bulaeva, product manager of the AI department. |
AI employee beta testing is already available to current Kaiten customers. They will connect to working calls, be able to record agreements and turn them into formalized tasks with responsible and deadlines. In the future, AI agents will quickly develop and take over new areas of responsibility - from time control to risk management.
