In 2024, Impulse Telecom strengthened its position in the market, increasing turnover by 19.6%. A significant contribution to the growth was made by the expansion of cooperation with Russian manufacturers of IT equipment and software, which made it possible to offer customers new competitive solutions. The company announced this on March 27, 2025.

The company has entered into partnership agreements with domestic vendors, strengthening the portfolio of solutions in strategically important segments. As a result, customers have access to reliable and efficient technologies, and the business has additional opportunities for scale and flexibility in the market.

In July 2024, Impulse Telecom opened an office in St. Petersburg, which was an important step in expanding the geography of its presence. The branch provided accelerated delivery of IT equipment and software in the Northwest region, advanced pre-sales and post-sales services, as well as direct interaction with customers in the region.

In 2024, Impulse Telecom initiated a large-scale modernization of warehouse logistics, introducing targeted storage of goods and a warehouse management system (WMS). This allowed:

  • Optimize storage areas and transport routes for goods;
  • Speed up the inventory without stopping the warehouse;
  • Automate key processes such as picking, stock control and shipping
  • Reduce the adaptation time of new employees to a few hours.

The company continues the path of digital transformation, focusing on automation of internal processes. In 2024, the first stage of optimization of accounting processes was launched:

  • A system for accounting and processing requests was introduced, which reduced the time for solving technical issues by 30%;
