2025: Consolidation into a group of companies together with SpetsInt and ZTS

The companies "SPB," "SpetsInt" and "ZTS" on January 16, 2025 announced the merger into the group of companies "Systems of Practical Safety" (GC "SPB"). The decision to create a group of companies was made to implement a common development strategy, coordinated management and optimization of business processes. The joint efforts of the specialists of the three companies will allow you to deeply and comprehensively analyze the needs of customers, offering them innovative and reliable products and services.

SPB LLC is the developer and manufacturer of CIPF, including a set of means of cryptographic protection of confidential information for working in OTN networks "Kvazar" and the HSM PS hardware and software complex to ensure the security of financial transactions.

ZTS LLC is the developer of the Fortix hardware and software complex, which implements the functions of a router, firewall, and also has cryptographic information protection tools.

SpetsInt LLC in the group of companies is responsible for the distribution of SPB and ZTS products, is engaged in their promotion and implementation, and is also an authorized service center for the group's products.
