2025: Rebranding "Automacon"

VkusVill is rebranding its technological "daughter" - the company Avtomakon. The changed name - "TechVill" (full name - "Technology VkusVill") - reflects the meaning and mission of the company: the creation IT of solutions that go to the basis of the development retail of the future. In the near future, LLC "" and LLC Datalab"Fulstek" will join TechVilla.

In July 2025, VkusVill announced the completion of the transaction to acquire part of the structures of Avtomakon Group of Companies (Avtomakon LLC, DataLab LLC, Fulstek LLC), which have been developing information technologies of the VkusVill network over the past decade. This step was the beginning of a new stage in the development of IT VkusVilla, great prospects for expanding opportunities and implementing new ambitious projects for both companies and employees.

A logical continuation was the conceptual branding association of the three companies. The name "TechVill" was born out of a desire to maintain a strong connection with the parent brand VkVill, while reflecting the technological component of the company. This is not just a pun: technology built into the daily lives of VkusVilla customers and employees.

TehWill will deal with the same tasks as before, but under a different name: software development both for customers (mobile application, website, delivery services, personalization) and for internal use (warehouse management systems, logistics, analytics, CRM, store automation). The focus of the work is the creation of technologies that make VkusVill the leading technological retailer in ^[1]

In addition to rebranding and creating the company's brand beech with its own attributes, the team launched the techvill.ru website, which has become a full-fledged platform on which you can learn about company technologies, services, open vacancies and principles of work. The site will become a showcase for IT specialists, partners and everyone who is interested in the digital transformation of VkusVilla.
