Alee Software is founded in 1997. Sphere of activity - rendering IT services, since consulting and inspection of business processes of the client and finishing with development and deployment of hardware and software systems and also stream transfer to an electronic form of large volumes of paper documents.

Founders of the company the adherents who counted perspective work in information technology field and created as the launch pad Laboratory of Information Technologies in the territory of APU LETI department and also registered domain name of ALEE.COM in Internic. The CEO of the company is Kim Stanislav Valeriyevich, the commercial director — Kochetova Lilia Borisovna.

The SCANDOCS project started in 2004 as service service for the existing clients for the purpose of assistance to the fastest implementation of electronic document management systems (to removal of service of scanning and input at outsourcing, in order to avoid increase in the project budget, to tightening of an implementation time and so forth). The separate department which is engaged in projects of varying complexity both remoteness on scanning and input of documents is at the moment created, the centers of technologies of scanning in Moscow and St. Petersburg with a possibility of demonstration of the equipment and test scanning are open, partnership agreements with key suppliers of the specialized equipment and the software are signed.

The NORMDOCS project is started in 2004 — 2005. Now Normdoks is the separate company delivering the Russian and foreign standards and other regulating, technical and scientific documentation. Among services — the organization and maintaining electronic archives of regulating documents: organizational consulting, development of structure of directories and cards of documents, delivery of the software, input and import/export of data, technical support and also services of numerical and thematic search of standards, checks on relevance, drawing up thematic selections, accomplishment of the research works (RW) and information and analytical projects.

The ELIBCONSULT project is started in 2009 with support Alee Software on purpose information exchange and experience (both positive, and negative) on implementation of digital libraries. Project participants - a wide range of specialists, staff of the libraries and companies working with the library sector.

Products of the company

Alee Blaze — the system of content management for creation of the websites — from corporate to large portals and online stores — without knowledge of programming languages. Using XML, a system allows to perform upload of news feeds, currency rates, stock quotations and so forth. The content manager consists of several functional units at which assembly a system is customized under a specific business challenge, using the graphic design developed by the third-party companies.

STOR-M (Aley Archive) is a hardware and software system for creation and maintaining electronic archives of the most different documentation, library and other card files, capable to solve a problem of creation of uniform technology of collecting, processing, storage and information exchange in the centralized or geographically distributed organization using web access.

Alee CRM is the customer relationship management system allowing to collect the uniform structured knowledge base about the client which is not disseminated between the staff of the company with tracking of all events of interaction, data analysis of events and providing summary information and a set of different marketing and technical tools for expansion of the market and support of interaction.

Sorter.Alee - is the automation system of process of scanning and batch processing of images, and performs support of process of scanning at all stages of the project such as: preparation of documents for scanning; scanning; processing and verification of the scanned images; assembly of separate images in multipage documents indexation and recognition of documents.

The products removed from sale

Alee XML Siter is a management system for the website in XML and Java with HTML documents pregeneration. The program is intended for creation and support of the websites via the intuitive user interface. XML Siter includes the integrated WYSIWYG editor, instruments of automatic creation of the menu, connection of news bands, announcements and many other things.

• The name of the company having exotic sounding in Russian displays the strategy of permanent development and advance: from ancient Irish alee "the lee side of the vessel" means or "develop sails downwind".^[1]
