Prosecutor's office of Altai Krai

Activity of the Russian prosecutor's office is performed according to the Constitution and the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation". The existing rules of law allow the system of bodies of prosecutor's office rather fully and to effectively solve the problems directed to protection of the rights of the personality, public and state interests. The existing legal base promotes implementation of public prosecutor's supervision of uniform interpretation and application of Laws in all territory of the Russian Federation, to operational problem solving are hardwired human rights and citizens in criminal and civil proceedings.
