2024: Construction of a data center in Zheleznogorsk for ₽290 million

The A-Date company, a new resident of the Zheleznogorsk advanced development territory, is investing ₽290 million in the creation of a data processing center in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The conclusion of the agreement in mid-December 2024 was announced by the press service of the managing company TOR Atom-TOR.

According to Kommersant, the center will provide services for renting physical and virtual servers, processing, storing and protecting personal data, as well as supporting cloud servers. The project is being implemented as part of the first stage of the development of the region's digital infrastructure.

A-Date will build a data center in Zheleznogorsk for ₽290 million

The A-Date company was registered in Zheleznogorsk in August 2024 with the main activity of providing data processing services and posting information. The founder of the company is Valery Morozov.

According to the publication, Zheleznogorsk received the status of a territory of advanced socio-economic development in 2018. TOR residents are provided with tax and customs benefits, which contributes to attracting investments in the region.

According to the management company TOR "Atom-TOR," 19 resident companies are registered on the territory. The Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory predicts that by 2026 the total revenue of residents can reach ₽160 billion.

The construction of a data processing center in Zheleznogorsk will be an important step in the development of the digital infrastructure of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The project will meet the growing demand for storage and processing services in the region.

The creation of a high-tech data center will also contribute to the digital transformation of enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the development of information technologies in the region. The center will provide local companies with access to modern cloud services and data processing technologies.[1]
