Andrey Severilov

According to RBC, Andrei Severilov is known as an experienced investor in industrial and financial projects. He owns 75% of Siberian Titan, the remaining 25% of which is under the control of Rosatom. In addition, Severilov owns minority shares in Loko Bank and Tomsk Azot. In 2020, together with Mikhail Rabinovich, Severilov acquired controlling interests in FESCO from the American fund TPG Capital and GHP Group Mark Garber, which allowed him to take the post of head of the company's board of directors.

The story of the acquisition of interests in FESCO was accompanied by litigation. Former largest shareholder of the FESCO group Ziyavudin Magomedov accused Severilov and his partner of raiding assets. Subsequently, Magomedov was sentenced to 18 and a half years in prison, and his share in FESCO became the property of the state. At the beginning of 2023, 92.4% of the shares of the Far Eastern Shipping Company (the head asset of the FESCO group) were transferred under the control of Rosatom, which allowed the state corporation to become the largest container transportation operator in the country. Severilov left the FESCO board of directors in 2024, completing his activities at the company.[1]
