2024: CPPK bankrupt AFM-Servers

In August 2024, it became known that the largest suburban railway carrier in Russia, Central PPK JSC, plans to file a lawsuit against the IT integrator AFM-Servers LLC. The company's debt to CPPK is ₽7,5 million. This is evidenced by the data of the Federal Register of Bankruptcy Notices, confirmed by the file cabinet of arbitration cases. The conflict was caused by non-fulfillment of obligations under the contract for the development and implementation of a software product.

According to the Business News Agency, CPPK entered into an agreement with AFM-Servers LLC to create and implement a system for managing production, accounting and tax operations based on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management software. As part of the contract, payment was made in full, but the project was not completed. This was the reason for the accumulated debt, which has not yet been repaid.

AFM-Servers LLC, whose key areas of activity are consulting services, development and implementation of software products, is not the first time faced with financial difficulties. At the end of 2023, the company itself filed for its own bankruptcy, but the case was dismissed in April 2024. The reason was shortcomings in the evidence of the presence of property, the cost of which could cover the legal costs of the case. In July 2024, representatives of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 43 in Moscow made a similar demand, and a meeting on this issue is scheduled for September 2024.

Problems in the company began to worsen back in 2023. During this period, the assets of AFM-Servers LLC decreased by 66.4% and amounted to ₽57,8 million. The company also recorded a loss of ₽137 million on total revenue of ₽179 million. The owner of the controlling stake - Amir Valiev - has 65% of the company's share, 25% belongs to Peter Starostin, and the remaining 10% - Pavel Smirnov.[1]
