Release of 3D-printers for construction of 80-meter buildings

AMT Specavia Group from Yaroslavl began release of the construction 3D-printers allowing to build multi-storey buildings with their help. It was said in June, 2018 by the deputy chairman of the government of the Yaroslavl region Maxim Avdeev, Interfax writes. The producer intends to enter the market of India with assistance of the regional Center of export, Avdeev told.

According to the official site, AMT Specavia Group at the end of June began release of two models of construction 3D-printers. The working field of one of them — S-500 — in a basic complete set allows "print" buildings length, width and 11.5, 11 and 15 m high respectively. However if necessary it can be increased that will allow to build objects up to 11 m wide, up to 31 m long and up to 80 m high. Thereby, construction S-500 printers are the biggest in the world at the moment, claim in the company. Their performance is 2.5 cubic meters per hour, according to AMT Specavia.

The first such product will be delivered in the fall to one of developers of India, specified in the company. With their help will build multi-storey apartment houses up to 10 floors high in the southern and Eastern States of the country.

The AMT Specavia group printed on the 3D-printer of own development the first in Europe and the CIS the house expected full-time residence. On assurances of authors of the project, in the building of 298.5 sq.m there will live the normal Yaroslavl family.

Construction of the house began in 2015. The box was printed in parts and mounted as the designer on the base within a month. In the summer of 2017 the main volume of internal finishing works was carried out and the roof device is complete. The house is connected to all utilities and is ready to settling^[1].

The construction completely meets rules and standards of the individual housing construction (IHC), note in AMT Specavia. For this purpose, as well as in a case with normal, the project was made houses, the construction license is got, the passport of BTI, etc. is issued. At the end of October the first 3D - the house is going to be registered in cadastre.

The Russian innovative technologies are demanded abroad. The producer of construction 3D-printers Specavia from Yaroslavl announced in October the beginning of deliveries of the products to the United Arab Emirates. Using the printer of the company in the UAE will print the cottage settlement.

"Using our equipment in the UAE will build residential settlements, an analog our cottage" — Tarbeev told. The company specially modified the 3D-printer under previously received requirements of the customer, he added. In general, the print speed of the equipment of Specavia makes about 100 sq.m in 100 hours. As material it can be used normal peskobeton.

Already delivered to Specavia one of the construction 3D-printers to Denmark, it was reported in the middle of September. The European partner of 3D Printhuset producer announced the beginning of creation with its help office hotel in Copenhagen of 50 sq.m. After completion of works an object will become the first residential building in Europe created on technology of three-dimensional printing claimed in 3D Printhuset.
